Eulab Consulting, Italy, (Co-Ordinator)

Eulab Consulting operates in Knowledge Management, offering services within the entire knowledge cycle through four areas of intervention: Training, Research, Consulting and Technologies. Eulab’s Knowledge Area is experienced in supporting customers in the knowledge production process, aimed both to self-growth (individual and group coaching activities) and business growth (social and market research). Eulab Consulting is leader in Italy in social research, studies and marketing surveys (Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Brand Positioning and Benchmarking). Our staff uses an integrated approach between quantitative methods (CATI, CAPI and CAWI interviews) and qualitative ones (narrative interviews, focus groups, participatory observation). Eulab’s Knowledge area helps companies to grow by offering specialized on-demand consulting services (HR management, communication and marketing), also through temporary management. Eulab specializes in individual coaching (top and middle management) and group coaching (to support the achievement of the objectives of the production team or the sales team). Skill Up was created by a group of professionals with a strong experience on training and business consulting. The firm is young, but the team has well-established skills in the field: in addition to the company members, a large group of consultants helps to create a dynamic work environment, based on enthusiasm and mutual exchange.

Areas of expertise

In the last years, we have worked on many training projects based on increasing and highlighting soft skills such as empathy, emotional intelligence, relational skills, problem solving, team working and team building.

We also worked with both large companies and smaller firms to implement new organisation models, helping them to build a structure while keeping an eye on people’s professional and personal development, through training, Coaching and Assessment sessions.

Added to this, we have a unique expertise in dealing with enterprises in crisis: we can handle the setting, implementation and validation of training for workers of companies in crisis, assisting the Boards in their dialogue with the workers’ Unions.

Main targets:

We work mainly with employed adults, but we have a strong experience in Guidance and training younger people (age 18- 24), as part of the Apprentiship contract or as a preliminary training for unemployed, job seeking young people..

Skill Up’s staff has a long experience both in the design and management of training projects and European projects (Erasmus Plus, Leonardo, Interreg), and in innovative training methodologies.

Skill Up is investing in the development of new methods, tools and approaches in training, and also have experience in communication, dissemination, organization of events.

For over ten years, Barcelona Education Consortium of Barcelona has worked to unite the efforts of the Government of Catalonia and Barcelona City Council to improve the management of education and bring it closer to people. The Consortium is Barcelona’s sole education administration, promoting and coordinating a huge education system formed by 237 state schools and 176 publicly funded private schools, with more than 11,000 education professionals. Through the Consortium, more than 500 professions provide support for the city’s state schools, guiding them and establishing the conditions to construct unique and outstanding education projects at all centres, while also strengthening their autonomy. More than 22 networks and working groups work for educational innovation at the city’s 449 centres with the aim of providing responses and opportunities for the educational pathways of children, young people and adults.

Akademie Klausenhof Gmbh, Germany

For over sixty years the Akademie Klausenhof has established as an education and learning centre for numerous learners. While also serving as a conference centre for guest groups to host their own seminars and trainings the Akademie Klausenhof is especially active in labour market projects (retraining, external vocational training and job placement services, rehabilitation services for adults and teens with learning issues, German language preparations, training qualifications for migrants and integrations courses, job related trainings and political education (youth academy). Project based work on international, national and regional level completes the large variety of educational opportunities.

Istituto Omnicomprensivo Orte (VT), Italy

Instituto OmniComprensivo Orte", consists of : the nursery school, primary school, lower secondary school and upper secondary school, which includes ITET (Technical Institute of Economy and Technology), High School (Scientific and Human Sciences courses). This Institution consists of 7 seats, 1500 students, 150 teachers, 30 janitors, 1 administrative director and 1 headmistress. The School is an important point of reference in the area and for region of Orte. It combines assets and financial resources to support the development of a school that is closer to the needs and demands of the younger generation. Teachers from nursery school to upper secondary school, work together in order to find and share steps and progress in the hard and demanding process of learning and teaching. The mission of our school is to promote relationships with schools from all over the world in order to increase cultural, personal growth of our students through the reinforcement of inclusion, tolerance, respect and understanding of other cultures. What is important for our school is to build up a different view of looking at the world. In fact our school has always played an active role in leading contacts with Countries from different parts of the world, undergoing a process of internationalization, also thanks to several European projects which have developed our students' practical , entrepreneurial competences for a future successful entrance in the job field.
